Went the whole morning with no internet and trying to work...yeah that's fun. Also weird. JUST came back up now.
Small drop this morning, happy with that. Still under 176 so that's a thing. Today is focusing on work but want to get outside today for a bit. Let's see how that goes...
Food yesterday was good, went grocery shopping so boy has options again. Today food is still on plan but I'm behind on my coffee! I still get 1 more before I have to switch to water/crystal light (I allow myself 3).
Ever feel kinda mentally foggy but not really a reason for it? Hard to focus on one thing and get stuff done...

I have that problem when I drink or eat nutra sweet. I've been off of it for about 5 months and am much sharper.

I have been using Stevia as a sweetener.
it is a natural plant sweetener. I use the
brand Spring Valley. I purchase it at Walmart in the Vitamin section. It is a box of the packets. I must admit, it took me a while to get used to it. Now I can not tell. I knew it was much better for me so I kept trying it.
What I have noticed is most of the "Stevia" that is in the grocery section, has additives. There is also a liquid version of Stevia. It is available on line; however it is quite expensive for a tiny bottle. I like the packets. For me they are just fines.
