This is unthinkable? I followed phase 1 perfectly and a gain??? Well, this is disappointed. But i shall carry one!

Today is a good day, i had SBD mock chinese food, i had a sandwhich... not very phase 1 friendly but i had to rush today so i had no choice... i think will be a good day! :)

257.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

a few things that might help (but judging by your graph you don't need help!): sauces and dips can have hidden things in them, watch protien vs veggie ratio-- and maybe you could have had a lot of sodium yesterday and its all just a bunch of water :)

I think it is just fluctuation. We wouldn't see it if we didn't weigh everyday but i know most of us do weigh everyday. I have done perfectly several times before and gained. It will probably drop off tomorrow.

Oh yeah, i think its water, I have been so gooooooood since last 6days , for sure!!! I MEAN GOOD, and this morning, i was Gonna throw that darn scale through the window!!!! let me tell ya!!! fri am, i will weigh again, and hope whatever the prob. was this am, best be GONE!!!! whew!!!!!

Ohhh i made the stir fry with Soy Sauce, which has alot of sodium. Could that be the culprit?

Sandwich with the bread is probably a culprit, as well. But hey! No worries! Look for your next bite to be the best it can be with plenty of water and good sense. You can do it! :)
