I'm not real happy with my results recently, so I upped my work out. I did the zumba sculpt and tone twice today, once with toning sticks, once without. I know the more weight I lose the harder I have to push to lose more. I'm ready, willing, and partially able, lol! I am gonna do it(with a little help from my friends,FS)!

I'm still losing, just not as fast as I first was. I'll just have to push myself harder during workouts and try to watch my carb. Everybody have a wonderful day!!!:-)
194.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it dear! don't stop!! toning sticks?? I will hafta look in to them...I wonder why the classes I attend never use them? they don't have a beginner class either so go figure. I've been doin some reading and allot of ppl say that sometimes we are not eating enuff...I cannot fathom that for myself but ppl who do allot of cardio like you w the zumba require more calories to kickstart fat burning. idk how true it is, but couldn't hurt to research. ur doin great, cant wait to see 26 lbs gone off of me! I can only seem to shed 10 and then i quickly get 5-8 of that back, grrrr. but i'm sticking with it!

Wow kicking up your exercise a notch! Way to go! I'll be over soon so you can teach me how to use those sticks! Lol! Take one day at a time ... You are losing it! Be proud of your accomplishments ... I am!
