Here we go! I started Atkins on 1/4 in conjunction with a weight loss challenge at work. This is my second time doing Atkins. My first attempt was about five or six years ago. I faithfully stayed on the diet for one year and lost thirty-two pounds. I hit a plateau, got discouraged and quit. This time I plan to have a better outcome!
