OK so I am INCREDIBLY relieved that quite a bit of water weight fell off right away.

...as I now think about it I had Chinese food with my kids 3 nights ago. I haven't eaten it in over 6 months and I am NEVER eating it again! Water weight from bad eating usually hits me 2 days later but 4lbs of water! FORGET IT!

...and this cranwater is amazing! I am grateful that I swelled up like a blowfish, in retrospect, because it got me off of my rear and into this plan!

I will be following it to a T today....well the outline. I don't use her recipes. Does anyone?

I know what you mean about too much water weight. I can easily go up 5 pounds in a 24 hour period if I consume large amounts of salt or msg (in most Chineese food) and alcohol. I do like the diuretic effect of the cranwater too! I've tried the following recipies from the FF cookbook and they were excellent: Super Smoothie (omit cranberries and add 1/4 cup more fruit), Fat Flush spaghetti (I double recipie and omit the stevia for a zestier sauce), Zucchini and Beef delight, Mushroom Chili, and Limey Chicken. The Chicken and Dill was okay but bland. The best part is that the whole family liked these recipies as well. I also make the Stir Fry recipie that is in the FF book and tried the Savory Spaghetti squash one in there too (not bad). Let me know if you would like me to post any of these if you don't have the cookbook.

I don't use her recipes I just make up my own so that I can make easy lunches and dinners for myself. One of my favorites is taco salad!!! I take ground turkey and cook with fresh garlic, cumin powder, fresh tomato’s and cilantro and it makes great taco meat! I just add it to a bowl of lettuce with homemade salsa... My husband makes me fresh salsa on Sundays so that I can add to basically everything including my eggs each morning! I find that doing the chopping on the weekends really helps me to succeed on this plan because I always have snacks ready so I don't go to the pantry (which is the carb zone...) slease - Ooooh! Such good recipes to try! My worry is "will the kids eat it?" Your post is promising! Thanks so much! Skutz913 you could eat at our house and not miss a beat! I LOVE taco salad too it is a main staple in our house as well as eggs with every veggie combination imaginable! Have a great weekend!

I have used recipes by ALG. I've done the lemon chicken, limey chicken, ACV turkey stir fry, texas pot roast, different smoothies, 'flat bread' made with spinach etc etc. The more I play, the more I find out how great this plan is and how varied!!
