I recorded my food choices in my food diary. Good day! Hit my target of 20 g of carbs. YEAH! Probably will have some hot tea later but finished eating for the day.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
