Sonja and I are trying not to snack at all after dinner. I am still eating too many candy bars and chips. I need to stop snacking after lunch and not on the way home from work, too.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
