Starting medifast again...since its the only thing that ever worked for me. Dedicating 3 to 4 months to it before trying to get pregnant.

That's a great plan! Toss in some exercise... I find that exercise is what really makes a difference for me. I find it hard to go eat a crappy meal when I just worked so hard to burn off calories!
