Slow and steady. :) I would like to lose weight faster, but, for me and my "problems" this is about as fast as I can do it. I'm not complaining, I'm still losing, that's what really counts! :-) Hope everyone has a beautiful day, because we are all Beautiful!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
