I hear ya HafPaf! My goal was to get to 125, then I figured I'd drop to 123 so that I have those 2 pounds to play with. But if I'm 124 I get upset and I was happy to see 122 this morning! I don't WANT to be under 123 so why was I happy??? And why am I upset when it's 124? 124 is smack in the middle of my goal, 122 is under and I don't WANT to be under. The mind and the body are not in sync.
