Well after a weekend of being off line, apparently I didn't fall to far off the tracks. Lets see if I can stay on-board.
At work we have our official "Maintain Don't Gain" weigh in on 11/23 so I would like to be back to a decent starting place. I am determined not to go into December back where I started here at fatsecret last year.
