I feel ashamed... I cant understand how I'm allowing myself to fall so off track after all the extremely hard work I did to lose weight!!!

No shame, just jump right back on track. Sometimes I will tell myself to get on track for just one meal. Then after that goes successfully I target the next hurdle. Baby steps will get you back on track.

Ditto what Houcarmm said -- forgive yourself, move on and don't let it completely derail you and get back to it one step, meal or bite at a time!

Been there. I got down to 204 from 284 a few years ago and let myself gain it ALL back. Dont let it happen to you!

Don't beat yourself up, there's no shame here. Each day is a chance for a brand new start, just make it happen today, then it's continuing on one day at a time.

Same here.. I lost almost 30 pounds, and then proceeded to gain 20 of it back, so I'm starting over again. Good luck!

Believe in a healthy lifestyle and dont forget it only takes a couple of days when you atre back on track to feel in control again!

I put my lunch and dinner in my phone in the morning and I stick to the food that I added. Otherwise I could easily fall off track, since I work in an office! Also remember that your body sometimes needs a reset to get back on track. No worries on this one, if you are sticking to cals you will loose next week! You got this, you can do it!
