More proof that LCHF works for me. I had a huge ribeye steak last night, ate 2200 calories, 70% fat, 6% carbs (all from vegetables), and woke up a pound lighter. So much better than starving myself!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
