Day 6 of 2nd 6wks. Keto large, 142.6, bf 38.6, tbw 42.4, Visc f 8/0, bone mass 4.4, 2000/50. No exerisize yesterday. Will increase eliptical to Level 5 today (increasing one level about every 15 times I work out).
Breakfast almonds and coffee with half and half, lunch/dinner large ceasar salad with steak, spicy cashews, croutons, iced tea. Coffee w half and half and diet coke.
The 3 glasses of wine at the reception and dinner Friday night did not stop my weight loss--interesting. I may be a little dehydrated this morning since I didn't drink as much water as I usually do so I won't be too surprised if the scale shows an increase tomorrow.
