Biometric Screening this morning. Cholesterol Ratio still good. BP 138 over 80 so a little high for what my "control" figures are with my Meds. I've magically lost/gained 1 1/2" / 1" depending on whose height measurements I go by. Best thing to hear was my Blood Glucose is still normal, so no Diabetes!
