Yesterday was my first day didn't eat great recognized the high carbs w sugar this morning and calories Reading Fir for life says it's all about calories

My body has changed drastically since chemo

I wonder if Ill ever get that 40 and fabulous back
197.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
