Hello everyone busy day guests coming cooking done feeling hungry so having some plant protein for lunch on its own I need to feel full Richmond meat free sausages are tasty in the oven no added oil so pretty healthy that’s about it really hungry really hungry lately sending u all much love
166.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
