I've got a maintenance update and thoughts coming soon... it's about how I'm going to increase my metabolism and v maintain. 😃 Time to walk da dog 🐕 I had one corona light last night. i think part of this drop was water. If it's real weight loss, I've lost a WHOLE POUND this month 🤣 I'll take it.

I’m at the same point, psychologically. If I lose just a pound a month, that’s good enough for me. Heck, if I lose only half a pound a month, I’ll take it. I just don’t want to gain. The remaining pounds to lose can come off as slowly as possible.

Agnes 🤣 exactly 💯 If we aren't gaining we are winning! I looked back at June last year and I didn't lose any weight that month either. My birthday is in June and I had cake and a canoli. So, I'm happy not gaining.
