egg 🍳, yogurt and banana 🍌 for breakfast

tofu, natto, salad 🥗, sautéed beef, vegetables 🥕 soup, honey and lemon 🍋 syrup for dinner

My weight reached 44kg, but I’m not happy about it.
Because I still don’t feel like normal health condition. I just went to bed and slept until 4 pm. So I skipped my lunch.
97.0 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
