fat 40.6% this is my weight after abs. yesterday I had a whole pizza diavola for lunch and then fruits in the evening, oh well. kayaking yesterday had 2 protein bars Kelloggs and a huge pear. can't understand.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
