Ok. So I gained 1 lb. Not gonna worry though...I did lose 10.5 lbs this week {actualy in the last 5 days} So I'm not gonna let it get me down! Keep up the good work Denise. Can't remember when I was this motivated. Awwww...I CAN do it!

222.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
