I was pretty terrible at counting calories and eating right this week. I was in DC for a conference, and I definitely got caught up in the stress. Apparently I didn't fare too badly, after all.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
