A pound is a pound ! Have eaten slightly more this week and exercised a bit less, mostly due to all the rain 🤨!
Have weighed in a day early too (damage limitation) as family day out today including lunch 😊
138.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
