nolechick: I have no clue. I have to keep this simple. Ive thought about it and I think my wii fit gave me an estimated one. Just going by weight loss and pants not fitting anymore :-D

The Wii fit probably uses Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) which is what most bodyfat scales use. It
s not entirely accurate, but it's something. To lean out lose love handles and define abs, men tend to need to be quite lean in the high single digit to low teen bodyfat percentages. That's why I asked. Sometimes it's not about the total bodyweight, it's about fat. ;) When I get under 200lbs, I'm going to have a caliper test done once a month till I am in fighting weight range (shooting for under 20% bodyfat), whatever number that may be on the scale.
