我平均47上下卡了三年有了!🤔應該是今年暑假兩次出遊後回來胃發炎不舒服連續幾天都幾乎沒進食和喝水,可能打破了關卡體重才往下降🤔只不過不知能不能維持住得看過完年後一兩個月才知道。

可惜有彈跳床的公園離我家很遠在我每週買菜的附近,不然好天氣時倒是可以去跳跳🤔,每週經過時都是買完菜大包小包的,重點在於公園還有高低差得先下一大段階梯才能到😥
