update on hormones and monthly progress October 😭 No loss this week. It looks like I'm missing my monthly goal by 1.5 pounds. booooo hooo. I can honestly say there's nothing I could have done to have lost more. I'll have to be happy with it and accept things are slowing down a little. I reset my goal every month. Tomorrow, new month, fresh start! I'm on bio identical estrogen/test - no ovaries. I changed my pharmacy in September. During that month my est level went from 124 to 16! In October, i got my refill from a different pharmacy, so my hormones are all screwed up. I'm lucky i lost anything. I'll have my levels checked again in a week or so. Today, I had a Nathan's hotdog and some Jimmy's sausage. OMG they were awful. I've been cooking my own food and this processed food was so salty it wasn't edible. AND I LIKE SALT! IT'S EZ to make your own sausage. i just find it hard to get ground pork where i shop. Lesson Learned. I'll soak the hotdogs next time to get rid of some of the yuck. I won't buy them again. that's all. have a happy Halloween.
