Back from vacation and now to get back on track. Thank God I start a new challenge today.
The Santa Fe Bead expo was wonderful and Cowgirls Restaurant had a wonderful Butternut Squash Casserole. The Albuquerque Coffee & Chocolate Expo on the other hand was sinful and dangerous. The best Godiva Chocolate Martini I've ever had, along with samples of coffees, chocolates, custards, blah, blah, blah. It didn't matter that we walked for miles and there was no place to sit. I obviously indulged.
My girlfriends being a wonderful cooks didn't help either. Croissants with Egg & Horseradish Cheese, Clam stuffed mushroom caps, Mushroom Ravioli's and a lovely white mushroom cream sauce. Mushroom & Onion Quiche, Chicken Sausages, and buttered Raisin Bread.
Fared better than I expected, so I thank you all. I believe I was able to do so because I was telling my friends about the site and how wonderful it is to have this outlet and support.
