south beach while pregnant is great. I'm doing phase two so eating lots of protein, fruit, veg, salads, nuts and dairy. have managed to drop a couple of pounds which the doc said was fine as i put on 16 pounds after quitting smoking in the first trimestor. if i maintain my weight for another few weeks then i'll be on track and in the healthy weight gain limit. I've always been an atkins girl, but this diet does seem healthier and less fatty. loving it so far.
