I know it's counter productive but I went on a cheese binge before the no cheese challenge started. After I saw how many calories are in cheese I was shocked. I found so many great challenges to join but maybe I am doing too much at one time. I may have to cut myself a break and really focus on one challenge while I am still keeping track of the others. Know your limits.
