Back posting my last weighin.... Didn't have time to do it that night. Posted only a couple of meal pics, but took photos of many good meals, just no time to record the items.
235.8lbs Doing well on daytime meals and calorie counting, but eating too many oversized suppers and late night snacks. Trying daily house and vehicle chores again, cuz it worked so well last summer, as it improves the quality of life both health wise as well as daily living! Starting about the same time as last year, but with a basket full of knowledge this time... Hoping to reach my 100lb loss goal total by early September....

Spring is kind of a hectic time of year, with startups for many projects happening all at once, plus the normal annual added maintenance and repairs from winters harshness...
A bit frustrating at times, but the upside is that it helps tremendously with the weight loss!!
