after 2 wks visiting daughter in edmonton and easter feasting Im very proud I managed to a lose a bit of weight. stayed away from sugary chocolate. also avoided all the treats I made for the grandkids except I had a few servings of rainbow jello over easter week.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 69.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
