I’ve finally entered the 14 stone bracket and I’m actually a bit emotional! 🥹 I haven’t been this weight or seen anything starting with ‘14’ on the scales since high school. This is a huge moment, and I’m so proud of what I’ve done over the last month and a half. Yes, sometimes all you want is to binge and think “f*ck it”, but determination ends in results and I’m thankful to myself that I held onto that willpower. Ready for another week 💪🏼
