exercised on 6 days and was below plan on calories. it was really hard and I dont think I can do that again this week but I will give it my best. im starting to get used to feeling hungry at times and not giving in to snacking.

That's a hard one, letting the hungry feeling sit! I struggle with that. And when I'm hungry I tend to make bad choices. Good for you learning to ignore it! :)

I put together some different snack bags of about 100 - 150 calories. 50 g of mixed nuts, slice of cheddar or brie, chunk of dark chocolate, hard boiled egg, etc. That way if I do need to snack I have a good selection of better choices depending on my craving or mood. I also use a 15 min rule. If im needing a snack I drink a glass of water or coffee and wait 15 min. If I still need a snack then I have one of my snack baggies. But often I find that I dont really need the snack after waiting 15 min. Im not big on preplanning and prepping meals but I do enjoy putting together snack bags for myself.

That's a really good idea, having them premade! Whenever I want a snack I ask myself if I'm actually hungry or just bored. Usually it's bored 😂

Oh yes I know that hungry feeling well! 🤪 I try to drink a huge glass of water hoping to fill that empty spot 😁

Tea sometimes works too! I have some tasty flavoured ones so it tricks me into thinking I'm having a snack 😂
