Hoping this is the beginning of more lose weigh ins. I am watching my carbs, avoiding sweets, eating 1200 calories and walking. Hope starting Zumba on 2 weeks will help too
Of course these 100 degree days here in Texas are keeping me from eating too much also. Just too darn hot to eat!!!!
