Well lesson learned yesterday is to not go and mow the yard with it so hot still. Hubby and I going to the beach after work for sunset. Back to basics. Feeling good.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Mowing the yard when it is hot is a huge work out, so you burned some calories there. Glad you are feeling good today. :) Great weight loss!
