I think my new weigh-in plan is working for me. I weigh-in on Friday which gives me a starting point for the weekend. Then, with a weigh-in again on Monday, I tend to keep on the straight-and-narrow throughout the weekend.
I think the exercise bike is really kicking the weight loss up a notch for me. I'm used to 1/4 to 1/2 pound losses. So this faster loss has been really nice!
Today I will be spending the day with DIL#6 and two-year-old Granddaughter#16 in Grand Rapids. I will have a couple of meal challenges. I'm planning ahead for one, and intend to make the best choices available for the other one.
I'm off to ride my exercise bike before the day gets away from me. Have a great Monday everyone!
