Felt bloated this morning on my walk. Haven’t had my coffee/protein shake yet but that’s definitely my next plan. Lunch\Dinner will probably be shortly after because I’m working til 930 and I can’t go into work hungry. I’ll eat everything in sight. 🥲😂
