Hanging tough. Apples and carrots are keeping me on the Lottie..I wonder if that will settle down. But I do eat if bored. My mind thinks about sources of sugar or else I am not eating enough....so out came the apple...then popcorn..then a few crackers...then I realized I needed to eat supper and that filled me up. I didn't need to graze anymore.
