4/28/11 151.2lb, 41.5% BF 5 down, 9 to go on induction. I have solved my travel problem because I stay at the same hotel every time I go. I have a lot of confidence that I can do well on Atkins now.
I love the way the puffiness goes out of my face and hands when I decrease my carb intake. Amazing :)
