For the holidays I took 12 full days off work, and I got sick twice during that time: one for the Moderna booster shot and then some type of 24-hour bug that is giving me lingering digestive issues. Given the reduced number of workouts and increased number of cookies and alcoholic beverages a roughly 1.5 pound gain is not too shabby. I'm still loving not counting calories and don't plan to return to it anytime soon. I actually feel that stopping that has improved my body image.
