Sorry, I've been on vacation down the east coast from Cape Cod, MA to Orlando, FL. While away we had a birthday for my grandson traveling with us and when we got back it was my daughters, his mom's, birthday, then Labor Day and two more birthdays. Before we left I weighed 195.6 lbs. So I've put on 6 lbs during my time of splurging! Time now to get back to my diet.
