Stopped counting calories last week due to being sick (covid scare) having sick kids and BF a sick baby. Mentally unloaded any extra demands like counting. Gained a pound! Better now and back on it, glad the gain was minimal and that I'm having consistent success when using the app. And that we are all covid negative.
