Stopped counting calories last week due to being sick (covid scare) having sick kids and BF a sick baby. Mentally unloaded any extra demands like counting. Gained a pound! Better now and back on it, glad the gain was minimal and that I'm having consistent success when using the app. And that we are all covid negative.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
