Ok so I weighed in for the 12 lbs by Easter. I am not gonna freak out (product of the 70's) because the scale says I am 2 lbs. more than my last weigh in. I hope it is muscle because within two weeks I went from a size 14 to 12.
I am working on the mini challenge.Might I say that this is gonna be a true testament of my STRENGTH!Do something Special for myself.The other mini challenge really sucks! I hate recording food! I decided to record my food in a journal because it is easier.

2 cups of coffee with 1 tsp. sugar and 2 tbs. powder creamer.3 waters.Fresh sausage patty,100% whole wheat slimwich,1 fried egg,horseradish(love it),3 pieces of fresh pineapple ,1/2 banana.
I am going to call my lunch salad Robins' special.I put every fresh veggie I have and a couple fruit.A little low carb dressing.Sometimes meat but not today.Love it!
Rotissery chicken,broccoli and green beans.8 waters by the end of day.Back tomorrow.
