Moving does a body good? My workouts this week involve moving boxes and packing. My meals are pretty random as well. The body appears to have needed the changeup. Back to work!

Thanks everyone! Today was a big move day. I hired some helpers and got most of the rest moved. Tomorrow is the finish of the move and cleaning. Whoopee!
