I’m taking a break from calorie counting for a week or two because my doctor says I have an ulcer. I’m gonna hopefully know the how many calories I put in my body and still keep it on the low side ( not my usual 1450 so my body can heal). I won’t be able to do my usual workouts but I’ll still be going for my walks to keep up with my movement goal!

200.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
