so, I have not gained but I have not lost either. sooo.. I'm pretty happy with it all beings I cheated alot over the weekend. We had a birthday party for my son. I ate some of a delite pizza from papa murphys. Cake. Watermelon, which is one of the "no no" fruits, and some ice cream. Time to get back to where I belong.
