So many things have happened in the past two months. Birthdays, Christmas, I married my soul mate.... I took a break from calorie and carb counting. Last year I lost 58lbs with keto alone. In the beginning of the year, I had to use a cane to walk. I had a heel injury that was not healing. As the weight came off, my foot healed. It's still weak, but I am finally able to do low impact cardio. I joined Planet Fitness yesterday. I did 30 min on the treadmill at 2.5mph. I walked over a mile.🙂 So basically this is me, refocusing on my goals. I'm back on Keto, exercising, and working full time again. Life is good. I have a personal goal to be in One-derland by August. Let's get it!
