I was struggling a bit with this elimination diet. Wondering if the research and effort I put into learning what I could is backfiring or I didn’t understand something and was messing up. But I’m not. I’m not messing up. That’s my old self sabotaging the good in my life. Mental health plays a HUGE role in all of our bodies. Stress is a killer. I’m trusting the process. I’m remembering my “Why’s” and I am simplifying the way I fuel my body, mind and spirit.
