I’ll take it. Majority of my food intake was after 4p and feel dehydrated today as well. Nevertheless this is the lowest I’ve weighed since I was really sick in 2014. Then my average was 168-173 but I was sickly looking, well I was sick and not nourished at all from ongoing complications around my gastric lapband surgery performed in 1994. In May 2014 I had it reversed. This is part of the reason nutritious food is so very important to me. Food is medicine.
Happy Saturday. I’ll be scootering to Dunkin’ for a latte then its R&R. I might do some training courses for work.

Be good, be safe and don’t stuff ya faces. If you do stuff ya face be sure not to go on some crazy starvation fast after ok. Be kind to yourself but hold yourself accountable or as Blondie would say it: get your shit together.... 😁
173.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
