Not pleased. Scale not moving, not cheating but I’m only having a shake and dinner. Maybe I should add in an apple in the morning. I’ll see what happens after today’s “Apple day” and tomorrow’s weigh in.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
